I just don't understand how someone gets all the way up to being a judge and has this level of brain rot. There is no moral high ground to stand on to explain her actions. Just baffling.

State trial court judges are typically NOT the best of the profession. Pay is pathetic compared to what a good lawyer in private practice can make. So your elite legal scholars aren’t lining up for those jobs.
Plus the positions are elected so in tardtastic cities like Milwaukee you can get some real mental midget fruitcakes in there.
