You remember .... He was placed in the home due to covid and recorded himself beating, with closed fist, an elderly man who was confined to a bed.

They just dropped the charges... and NOW his family is seeking an attorney to sue the state for putting him in the nursing home.

“He shouldn’t be in jail,” Marty Hayden said of his 22-year-old son Jaden, who has been charged with several counts, including the May 2020 beating of Norman Bledsoe in a nursing home in the West side of Detroit. .

The charges against Jaden Hayden were dismissed after declaring him incompetent.

Marty Hayden said that if his son was convicted and sent to prison, it would only worsen his mental health problems.

“So the system will let him down again. He will not be rehabilitated,” Marty Hayden told 7 Action News on Tuesday, adding that because of his son’s mental health problems he could not understand the severity of his actions.

Marty Hayden hopes to find a lawyer to prosecute for placing his son in a nursing home, where he believes he was set to fail and Bledsoe became a victim.

“Why put him in a nursing home? Elderly people are around, ”he said.

Jaden Hayden filmed himself on video repeatedly struck by Bledsoe as an army veteran lay in his bed.

He was well aware of what he was doing. Aware enough to video it!

That was one of the more horrendous videos I’ve watched.

Innocent elderly man being beaten.

Like watching a child being beaten up.

If there was a ever a reason to cheer on vigilante justice, it’s this case. Horrific. If it was my grandfather or father, I’d find him.

That is outrageous. They should be making sure he never gets out of prison.

You're fricking right. Would never find the body either. No body, no crime.

Reason #1 these people really need to stop pushing the envelope with everything. These soy boys simply don't have the mentality to deal with us. Without the government and media on their side, the will only cower in their own piss.

Considering his actions were violent it sounds like the type of person that shouldn’t be around the general public if your desire is a peaceful and functioning society.

While rehabilitation would be nice, I’m pretty sure prisons are to keep people that would harm society away from society. Did his parents not have his entire life to get him on the right track, they didn’t let him down? Maybe they did, maybe they didn’t and he’s just not suited for civilian life. I don’t see how they can expect the government to step in and fix him if they couldn’t.

I'll never forget that. And now the army vet is dead and he will get rich if he sues the state successfully.

I do not accept this. Don't put your family members in a home, people.

I would torture Jaden for the rest of his life if that was my grandad. Killing would be too easy.

My dad is that age. I'm not tough or hard but I can honestly say I'd end that kid if it was my dad. Not fast either

But white supremacy is our greatest threat, not the group that repeatedly shows they are unable to function in a civilized society.

Still waiting on the pedo in the white house to tell this veteran's family how it feels to lose a loved one.

And yet people can’t figure out why racist attacks against blacks occur. One side is multiples more violent towards whites with the seeming approval of the media, democrats and justice dept.
