I married my wife 47 years ago in her Primative (new line) Baptist church.

If anyone cares, I have a problem with insistence. Do this do that, wear this wear that, eat this, eat that, build cathedrals, stained glass windows, spires, flying buttresses mosaic tile.
Matthew 6:6 states that when you pray, you should go into your room, shut the door, and pray to your Father in secret, who will reward you. This emphasizes the importance of private prayer over public displays.
