Laura Loomer claims it's a staffer with Maryland senator Cardin.
Here's the guy:
Perp has now admitted to the gay porn film and now claims he's being persecuted.
The classic leftist tactic. When the light is shine upon you recoil into a victim.

I have so many questions about this, but what jumps to mind immediately is why did the filmer make sure to pan the camera around to show the exact location, while the "not that there's anything wrong with that" was taking place?
