This means 0 votes for Pratt in a batch of 24,834 ballots

Correct. However, Pratt supporters can sue in Federal civil court under civil rights violations that LA is not producing election results in a manner that prevents ballot stuffing and see where it goes.
Pratt has enough money also to sue to see if he can get to SCOTUS who can rule the process unconstitutional since California has no means to verify chain of custody on the ballots.

So it looks like they're at about 65% of votes counted as of this morning, at least thats what I've been able to find. How is that even possible? 3 days after election day and they've just managed to count a little over half the votes.
The state of Florida has about 5x the population of Los Angeles and they managed to count all ballots on election in about 2 hours in the 2024 election.
Third world dictators should take note of how democrats run elections and maybe they could start getting 100% of the vote instead of the usual 98% or 99%.

It’s not apparent to me who would be investigating that or according to the blue state courts would have standing in a trial to contest it based on recent precedent.
And given the hesitation or inability to trigger massive consequences for the people doing it I’m not sure why they wouldn’t be doing this stuff.
Its no different to me than a blue city jurisdiction publicizing that while robbing a store is still technically illegal they just won’t allow cases against the robbers to proceed which functionally is the same thing as legalization because the powers are making it clear that no consequences will occur as a result.
Every city that’s ignored cases against theft has seen loss rates explode, election fraud is no different for us as a nation.

The same way it's possible for 24k votes to come in and ZERO went to Pratt. It's a statistical impossibility, but with democrats, all things are possible if you cheat enough.
