Good to see him released, still disgusted that we live in a Banana Republic that imprisons political prisoners - the USA is evil and these charges and accusations of violence are disgusting

I don’t understand why people haven’t appealed under the first amendment, it specifically mentions protest, and that’s exactly what took place!

Yet only some of these Kavanaugh protestors obstructing Congress were given a $50 fine for doing more obstructing than 99% of the J6ers.

McFadden’s decision was a swift rejection of allegations made by U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves, who wrote on Jan. 8 that granting Seefried’s request would be “releasing defendant into the same political maelstrom that led him to commit his crimes in the first place.”

“The prospect of this additional time may make it more likely that he flees rather than returning to prison,” Graves added at the time.

Oh, the irony.

Isn’t this what happened when people stormed the confirmation hearing for kavanaugh and was beating on the doors and trying to get into the hearing?

How is this even possible?

And the POS that murdered the NYPD officer had been arrested 20+ times, but he keeps getting let out to commit more crimes.

This shite has to STOP!

I still find it hilarious that those LARP’ers dressed up as army men and thought they were leading a revolution. That degree of separation from reality is somewhat rare. Almost four years later and they’re still confused as to why they ended up in prison.

4 trespasses? Wut, would that be quadruple jeopardy?
Not if there were four distinct instances of trespass.

That tweet is hilarious and busts some false narratives.

They were all let in

There was no violence

They weren't trying to do anything inside the capitol

This is the "it's not happening" phase for MAGA-Patriots

Soon to shift into whataboutism ("well they did do it, but Democrats did it first")

She didn't know what a revolution was. Pepper spray made her break down in tears and run away to whine.

I'm still wondering why one of the assholes who was steering the mob into the Capitol building...wasn't really punished at all.. without the instigators...the idiots wouldn't have felt confident in going in.

Supreme Court agreed to take up a Jan. 6 defendant’s case known as Fischer v. United States, which is challenging the way the obstruction statute 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c) is properly applied to hundreds of Jan. 6 defendants facing charges for violating it.

A whole bunch of J6 political prisoners are eventually going to come into some much deserved wealth when this is all said and done.

What "what aboutism"? It's about the same event. And both were apparently fanatic trump supporters who believed the election was stolen.

She's an idiot. For christ's sake, she thought she was part of a revolution. Probably quite a few like her, who went into the Capitol building. It just irks me that most of the idiots were captured, but some of the leaders of the mob who convinced the idiots to enter the Capitol building..were basically untouched.
