Normally they are in Democrat ran cities. So.. probably in a dem city where police funds were cut and police aren't getting better training. I wanna say Portland, Seattle or NYC.

Twitter: Outside agitators incoming Austin
This could be complete bs. But according to this guy in Austin, there are outside protesters coming in from out of town from both sides, and the Texas Guard is already stationed prepared for incident in Austin.
This has the potential for a meltdown.
Still stand by Austin as my spark for the summer.
