The IOC has left these decisions to the individual sport governing bodies.
They did release some nebulous, politically correct guidelines/ recommendations that nobody has to adhere too, but it still comes down to the individual sports bodies.

According to her interview with Jordan Peterson a few mths ago, Gaines said that, at least according to social media, Thomas was living with another male tranny, both claiming to be lesbians. He eventually had his junk surgically removed & they placed it in a jar above their bed. Both are 'heavily involved in S&M".
