Water just dilutes the pepper spray. Bad news is it reactivates later in a shower or bath. Technically it does reduce the potency after initial exposure.

They are being legally held so that argument wont work. So its the "their treatment is inhumane".
A DHS spokesperson said.... "they are being treated even better than US citizens in our own prisons". They get 3 square meals overseen by a nutrition expert, clean linens and clothes, medical checkups, they probably have the best medical care they have had their entire lives.
Once midterms are over we need to just start rounding up these protesters and putting them in the detention cells with the illegals for a few hours. Sick of watching a bunch of politicians and blue hairs shoving federal law enforcement.
