People keep mentioning the ABC whistleblower thing as evidence this guy is full of shite, but was that proven to be a hoax or false? I just thought it was another example of nothing happening because no institution has the political will to make anything happen over allegations like that.
Also for the record this story is too conveniently egregiously bad and I don’t believe it by default

The issue is that's the cycle of these things
1. Present outlandish claim
2. Use flimsy evidence and CT logic
3. Argue the lack of evidence (or coverage) is proof of a coverup
4. Let it die and leave the zeitgeist
