The executives at AA blamed the girl for not knowing there was a camera.
That was their lawyers’ defense of the lawsuit. AA executives never said that. Semantics, perhaps. Once the news of that defense tactic made the news, they released a statement to correct it. No idea why th...

I seem to recall them being one of the most expensive schools in the state to attend (maybe the most expensive at the time?) when I graduated high school.
Based on their most recent published numbers, it doesn’t look like they were able to keep up with the nationwide increases in cost of attend...

Basketball has always been a solid second favorite sport at Alabama, based on attendance, revenue, and ticket sales - even in stretches of down years for the program. ...

College baseball is a niche sport that has lower national attendance than women’s basketball and college hockey. Even at LSU, gymnastics meets average higher attendance.
Meh. It’s fun to watch when we win, but I’m not going to pretend to care when we suck. Kinda like LSU fans and college footba...

I’m not sure, but if it’s anything other than an accident, whoever pulled it off did an incredible job to make the weather what it was to create the illusion of an accident.
Extremely dense, low level fog and helicopters are not a good combination. Kobe Bryant agrees. :ahh: ...

I have no idea why anyone would decide to fly in a helicopter, low level, in dense fog.
Extraordinarily poor decision making. Pilot undoubtedly feeling immense pressure to make it happen. ...

To me, it indicates either whoever knew how to operate the radio equipment was incapacitated/dead, or the helicopter was damaged badly enough that the equipment no longer works, or both.
Side note: I think it’s weird that the news isn’t being covered more widely in the US. ...
