This phrase cracks me up. It is always in every article that is written about someone posting on this platform. It's on purpose, I suppose. I feel if this is some kind insult but I fail to see why.

I think a lot of people still call it twitter that aren't left-wingers, including myself. Calling it Twitter is just a habit I guess.

People commonly substitute the letter X when speaking of something of unknown value. Folks that use social media can figure out the reference and eventually most people will as well but for now it may be confusing for some.
