Current Control4 system, considering replacing

When I built my house about 4 years ago I had a company install a Control 4 system with a EA3 controller. I did this since the house has higher end finishes and I didn't want to put together a hodgepodge of equipment. Turns out we don't use much of the C4 system and things have become somewhat of a hodgepodge. Imagine that. The plan was also to add lighting automations and such which I never did. I am interested in adding some automations now. I think it would be best to install a new hub away from C4 so I can do it myself. But as you will see below it appears my multi zone audio is pretty tied into C4.
As a I mentioned We use very little functions of the C4 system. Most TVs in the house use Roku. Our main TV uses C4 along with the default Sony Google TV app which I hate. I'm a huge Roku fan.
Otherwise C4 controls our multi room audio which I make decent use of. We are not audiophiles by any means and don't care about surround sound (our main TV has a Sonos soundbar tied into C4).
The installer put everything into a very nice rack. Looking over this AM I found that it is using a Triad AMS24 audio matrix with 2x Audio Source AD5012 multi zone amps.
We have security systems which is a Honeywell system from a local dealer, Eufy doorbell and Dahua cameras. None of these are tied into C4.
Our HVAC contractor installed Honeywell Comfortnet theromstats. I have found these to not be userfriendly but I've put almost zero time into learning about them.
Also since building the house I have installed a Hue lighting bridge and use some Hue bulbs in select spaces.
That is a lot to read. Any advice on where to go from here? Should I ditch the C4 box (eBay?)? Can I somehow control this Triad AMS24 audio matrix into a different system?

Savant system much better than control 4, even has a feature you can touch light fixtures on a picture of the room on the app and they’ll come on. Should easily integrate what you have now

If you do decide to get rid of your control4 dog l stuff, post it here, I might buy some of it.

It appears to be an audio switcher Triad makes for Control4. That would make it no go with another system.
Did you get Triad speakers installed in the house? Triad makes very good speakers.

Create an account and register your controller at Control4 customer portal, and depending on your equipment, can create some automation.

I'm so glad I didn't fall into the control4 trap. I use Google for outside/inside cameras, thermostat, TV, audio, and smoke detectors. Sonos for music in other rooms. Cost me a fraction of the control4 price and all work very well and are user friendly

Pretty sure this is accurate. The good news is C4 dealers haven’t been able to get audio matrixes with all the supply chain issues. Now would be a good time to sell one.
