Google Nest Router Fried

Crazy shite happened last night. In my gameroom playing pinball when the electricity “blinked” and powered everything down but it came back on after about 5 seconds. Waited for router to book back up but it never did. No power to it at all. It was plugged into a surge protector and all other components on that protector are fine. I even tried to plug the router into another receptacle and got nothing. Do yall think that the router took a surge and fried it?

Had that happen. Lightning took out modem and router, but only certain ports. In any case I think the issue is the sensitive nature of the components.
Had a microwave touch panel go out from a power surge once.

Crazy thing is that we had no lightning or bad weather in our area!!

Might have come through network cable from modem. Try to see if your modem is fried also. Happened to me with Cox Internet. Lightning came through cox cable and fried a bunch of crap.
