Is there a clean way to keep multiple TV streams in sync?

Let's say I have three TV's running YouTubeTV and all are showing the same sporting event. Is there a way to splice the feed from one TV and feed into the other TV's so that they all remain in sync? Was at a friend's house for Super Bowl and he had the game on two TV's and they were out of sync...I realize you can pause one to sync up with the other but this is a headache.

I think you could do this if the device running YouTubeTV (not a built-in TV App) went into an HDMI splitter and out to other TVs. Don't see how you could use a built in-app and keep them close to in sync.

Splitter. There are ones that use network cable. Hdmi extender. Pretty sure there are ones with multiple outputs.

I have coaxial and cat 6 lines running to the TV's but no HDMI cords...can I still make this work?

Yes. You can get a device that takes HDMI in then CAT6 to it's mated device on the other end then HDMI out to the TV.

As others have said splitter is the only way to make it seamless.
I have two TVs on my patio and tried everything imaginable to make them sync up, but was always a couple seconds behind.
Bought a splitter and connected via HDMI, all good now.

Everyone grab a remote..yell out 3, 2, 1, play. Perfect synchronized events.

You could use some old HDMI cables for this project...

Many are
As far as the baluns mentioned above (hdmi converted to Ethernet and back, just read the specs on the device closely. They’ll tell you the distance allowed over cat 6, some will mention cat5e distances supported (typically shorter, typically long enough for a house install).
My tv provider skipped on cable cards. With just me and the wife at home, distributed video from one set of boxes was a project of mine. I eventually bought monoprice HDBaseT. I wouldn’t recommend that specific line. It has lots of mixed reviews. I tried troubleshooting it a few different ways, but I could never get it to consistently play video in multiple zones. There are much more reliable, more expensive products. I bit on the “too good to be true” at too low of a price. The IR distribution on it worked great.
For unrelated reasons, I switched to my local provider’s streaming option and dropped the project.
So take the above with a grain of salt- i didn’t actually get a system like this up and running. If I were going to DIY and not get an installer, I would probably try Jtech (available on Amazon) next, but the project no longer suits my needs, so I won’t be able to report back any useful experience.
