Best Places for a Guy's Trip?

Group of 5-8 college buddies looking to take a trip somewhere this fall Sept-October. All into fishing, golf, and a good bar scene. Probably do a Thursday-Sunday/Monday. Looking to do some sort of charter fishing trip one day and play golf one day.
Currently thinking of the following:
Sea Island, GA
Tampa/Clearwater, FL
Washington State

I think Scottsdale is a great option (minus the fishing). Great golf, casino, and the Old Town area has an awesome collection of bars/clubs. I went on a bachelor party, and we had a blast.

Camelback Mountain was fun to hike.

San Diego - bars, beach, golf, Padres game, beautiful women

I should probably re-phrase that. 5-8 buddies from college. We’re all 30 or turning it this year. Scottsdale is a great recommendation along with places like Nashville and Austin, but we’ve done those for things like bachelor parties/waste management.
Looking for something to kind of get away. Either rent a beach house or house in the woods, but still be close enough to town to grab a drink/dinner.

I'd check out Portland, different and great beer seen and people watching. Not sure about fishing or golf there.
Seattle?
Appalachicola/ St George Island is solid to get away, fish, etc. Not much golf available at all.
Are people flying from all over?

With what they're looking for, San Diego was my immediate thought, too.
Other thoughts: Charleston, Charlotte, Madison (situated on an isthmus, great bar scene, near some awesome courses), and Denver (though you will be confined to a lot of reservoirs for fishing).

Coho salmon will be running and tons of courses.
If fishing is that important I would visit Portland instead of Seattle. It's closer to the action.
Biggest factor for visiting the NW that time of year is the weather. Sep is nice but it's cooling down and we more than likely have had some rain.

We rented a house in San Diego in Mission Beach, it was right on the beach (walking/bike path directly outside the patio then beach). You can't drink on the beach there, but, can on the patio, so that was basically the same thing. Good night life, good restaurants and golf are all around. I'm sure you could go fishing as well.

Out of these, Tampa is the very obvious choice.

Some good suggestions in here. SW Florida and San Diego seem to be front runners. Golf is probably priority A over fishing, so San Diego is looking pretty good.

I will second Portland. Bar/music/food scene is great. There are some great golf courses, fishing, and other activities, like hiking, skiing (Mt Hood open 365 days/yr), wind surfing in the Columbia Gorge, etc. Portland has a more laid back atmosphere, which may be better for the 30 year old crowd. You can also be at the beach in 90 minutes.
