Budget for UK for 2 weeks

Trying to budget for UK for 2 weeks. Stops in London, Oxford, Edinburgh, the Highlands, Inverness, Bath, etc...
Just now beginning to look into this, but on average, how much would you say a vacation to the UK for 2 weeks would cost including meals, travel, entertainment and flights? Looking to go June of 2025.

Too many variables - I assume two people? My former office was in London so made many trips. Hope this helps.
meals - $150-200 per day (Higher for nicer places)
travel - Taxi, train, tube - $50-100 dollars a day give or take but trips between cities could be more
entertainment - Wildly varies, $100-300 a day depending (For example, West End could be 200-300 per ticket for a play. The London eye can go from 50-100 per ticket)
flights - Summer travel, probably 1000-1500 for coach

Just paid $2,000 + for 1 r/t DFW-LHR this past August. Travel Friday thru Monday. Hotel in Kensington was $300/night. Heathrow Express from the airport was $40 r/t. Food was relatively inexpensive but I did not eat dinner, just snacks.

This is impossible OP. You could rent cheap airbnbs for $150/ night outside of town or you could drop $500/ night or 4 times that in London very easily. You can eat out very expensively or not.
Generally speaking you food is about the same in Europe as the states. Lodging is similar enough also.
Your budget is really more about your plans than anything else.
Also, you have to eat whether on vacation or not. So I’d plan more for your splurging than just the cost of food.

I did a week in London with a day trip to Bath and if you exclude airfare and hotel, I spent about 1100 (like 1.7k between 2 people) between tours, vehicle, eating/drinking, and souvenirs for myself and others.
- rented a car for 4 days of the trip through turo
- most expensive meal was 200 pounds(includes wine) at The Shard
- saw pretty much everything I wanted including multiple river cruises
- ate lunch and dinner elsewhere as our hotel had a small breakfast
- bought a couple of items at Harrods, also a few other souvenirs such as glasses, shirts, soccer gear, etc
