Epcot, magic kingdom or animal kingdom?

We’ve been to universal a bunch, we’ve been to magic kingdom a bunch. Epcot is always fun, never been to animal kingdom though. Is it worth it?

The avatar ride is the best thing in Disney IMO and is worth the trip alone. Have not been since guardians and tron opened, though.

We enjoyed Animal Kingdom each time we went. It was always the park we did for 1 day only.
The Expedition Everest ride is fun. I enjoy the wait line and all the authentic Nepal and hiking gear.
The Safari ride is fun and kids will love it. You see some neat animals and you’d swear you were on Safari they did it so well.
The river rapids ride (if working) is fun but you’ll get wet so be aware. We took poncho’s to wear since it was not the middle of summer.
They have some new things and removed some things so I can’t speak to those.
The Yak and Yeti is a good restaurant.

Epcot, except for when the food and wine festival is there, was the biggest waste of time at Disney. Soarin made me think I was on a regional jet flying over Oklahoma City in the summer, and we have aquariums at home.
Animal Kingdom by far. You can drink, and monkeys fling poo at the people that get too close to the net. You're going to get forced into Magic Kingdom by the wife anyway, so pick the "man" park.

Depends, do you most enjoy about Disney? Going with kids? what ages? what do they like?
If your looking for best character experience then AK is not for you.
Avatar is great, and Everest is one of Disney's best roller coasters if that's your thing.
Dinosaur ride at AK has always been relatively fun too and i believe its being rethemed soon.
My son has always enjoyed the jeep safari ride, especially when it's not super hot out.

As others have said, Animal Kingdom but it's a one day and done park.
Both Avatar experiences are great. Safari ride is fun. Everest is great. I thought the food was solid as well. It's just a nice park to walk around.

Epcot has festivals basically year round for the last 5 or 6 years that are almost exactly like the F&W with exactly the same setups. The only time they don't is the Summer - when it's hot as shite and you have tons of people going anyway, and Christmas.
International Festival of the Arts: January 17–February 24, 2025
International Flower & Garden Festival: March 5–May 26, 2025

I would always choose Magic Kingdom first.
Then Epcot for an afternoon/evening.
I like Hollywood third, but feel it's a bit small for a full day.
Animal Kingdom may be my least favorite, but it's still very nice. It is worth spending a whole day there if you need to.

I meant the festival I'd be willing to put up with.
The thread is vacillating between one park for the whole trip and multiple parks in a day. I replied based on one day. I wouldn't want to spend multiple days in any of the three choices by themselves.

I think Animal Kingdom is worth it. The walkways are wider than the other parks, so it has more space and doesn't seem as crowded as the other parks. Everyone is talking about the rides, but be sure to also see the Lion King show! While you're in that area, you might also plan to have a meal at one of the restaurants at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. It's really cool to see all of the animals roaming around outside while you're eating! I just stayed there at Thanksgiving and we saw giraffes and zebras from our balcony.

A childhood friend of mine runs Yak and Yeti. Highly recommend.

Yak and Yeti was easily out best meal at Disney. Sign up for Landrys rewards and get a Landrys gift card at Sam's club

We go to Yak and Yeti everytime we go to Animal Kingdom. The Bbq joint is pretty good too, but the birds will attempt to steal your food.

frick Disney - it fricking sucks now
They have destroyed all of the parks at Disney - rides are now breaking down every 5 minutes.. it’s just went to hell compared to 4-5 years ago - not to mention, it’s now very shitty service for more money and now they are nickeling and dining people on everything that made Disney world special
Go to Sea World if you are tired of universal

We just went for 5 full days the Thursday before Thanksgiving. Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, then back at Magic Kingdom. Our kids are 13, 7, 5, and 3. The first day at Magic was awesome…no lines, even though we had Lightening Lanes. Animal Kingdom was great…like others said, Yak and Yeti was delicious. Wish we would’ve ate another meal somewhere in Animal…I remember smelling some pleasant aromas. Really wanted to spend more time eating and drinking in Epcot, but with the smaller kids it wasn’t feasible. We did have a sit down lunch at Via Napoli, which was incredible.
If you have kids at least 5 years old, you’ll enjoy Animal Kingdom. The 3 year old was limited on most of the rides. My 5 year old did almost everything with a smile. And Avatar land is a sight to see.
We are not a Disney family (1st time back since 2016), but we had such a great time, we’re going back Mardi Gras 2027.

Why not all three

We skip animal kingdom a ton. It’s not a full day park. That said they have the best food and drinks outside of Epcot.
