He moved to Colorado & started fighting out of Factory X. He looked like a neutered fighter his last 2 fights. AJ is a small welterweight; he needs to be explosive & unpredictable to compete. ...

I was there. If bored, uninterested & predictable was a fighing style, AJ mastered it during that fight. He was a bull in a china cabinet during his run up; the factory x transition into a "mcfighter" doesn't suit him. ...

Hayride has an interesting take on this. Basically, Landry jumping in takes the heat off Mulkey & LSU and he gets to engage a wedge issue that irritates his base.
