Dislikes so far, not truly knowing my maxes so feel i'm leaving a bit out there. also don't have real heavy dumbbells so when it calls for 5 reps I'm just increasing rep counts.

The 21's & shrugs for cardio portion were spicy

i think he missed.
according to his story he was on one knee towards the front of his house, around a hallway opening firing at this back door. he shot as / right after the back door was kicked open.
we originally thought 2 shots hit the perp as only found the 3 holes in the fence... no blood...

If you are going with a "guide" your draw chances increase a good bit. also lot's of guides have landowner tags for different units...
