Unless it was the Regions Bank near the Bluebonnet/Perkins intersection, this happened in the unincorporated area of BR, not St. George.
ETA: it was the united Community Bank on Bluebonnet which is on the St. George side.

District 2 would remain majority minority. District 5 would be 54% black & 51% white.

Not really. This proposed map makes the most sense geographically and allows for 2 black districts. Still cuts up BR into 3 districts but I don’t think there’s a way around not cut...
