Cut carbs. Fluctuate your intake though, less than 75 to 100 grams one day, 50 to 75 grams the next, 25 to 50 the next, then less than 25 the next. Plan a cheat day or cheat meal. Then rotate your days.
Intermittent fasting. This was a game changer for me....

A few years ago, I frequently would go to the Outback when I worked in Hattiesburg. Good steak. Went to the Longhorn in Lafayette about a year ago and their steak was surprisingly good....

My uncle would take me when there was rasslin at the LC Civic Center. One of his Winn Dixie baws would tag along. Those matches were usually on Saturday nights. We’d get fired up when Another One Bites the Dust would come on. Remember seeing JYD body slam Kamala....

These companies/investment groups know nothing about the business itself. They just make the purchase, do their bean counting in order to make drastic cuts and deplete resources, never reinvest back into the company, infrastructure, or employees. Then turnaround in a few years to put it back on the ...
