One way to explain the pic. Miu has the knife in his right hand down by his side with the blade up. Isaac goes to push Miu away by putting his hands on Miu's chest. Miu raises his arm and stabs Isaac in the heart. When Miu raises his arm he hits Isaac's arm and pushes Isaac's arm up and Isaac's hand...
