He's been strictly body weight exercise for the last year. His cardio can improve for sure. As far as strength goes he can do about 30 pullups. He can also do one armed pull ups and push ups. He can dead hang for 3 minutes.

My son has done some wrestling and BJJ as a younger child and has now just finished two years of gymnastics (one year of team gymnastics with 20 hours a week of training). He is pretty strong with an iron grip.
From what I see the best options are probably JM Modern Ju Jitsu or the UFC gym. What ...

I solved my prostate problems by eating a low vitamin A diet, which is basically no dairy, very low on pigmented vegetables, no sweet potatoes, definitely no spinach or kale.
My eczema has cleared mostly. It occurs much more mildly. ...

re: Anyone have thoughts or experience with Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN)
Posted by White Raj on 4/16/24 at 5:12 pm
I took it for probably a year. It gave me energy for sure but I started developing a tremor towards the end.
The much cheaper option to boost NAD levels is nicotinic acid aka flush niacin. NOT niacinamide!...

re: I quit doing cardio

I used to hate on cardio but now I love my 300 weekly minutes of zone two jogging and biking. It’ll come in handy when I’m hiking up a 12,000 ft peak this summer....

I guess I’ll redirect my search for God inwardly.
