I lived there from ‘13 - ‘17 and we loved it. Beautiful area, outstanding mountain biking and hiking, Smith Mountain Lake is awesome. Don’t know what it’s like today but the beauty and ease of life made up for the lack of some amenities. ...

Ask if there are any major repairs upcoming and/or when was the last time that they did any major repairs. Repaving the parking lot, new roof, etc... You don't want to get hit with a bunch of expenses right away.
