Get the Merlin Bird ID app, go out in the country along the edge of some woods & call up a painted bunting. Prettiest songbird in N. America. You can also call up bluebirds & Baltimore orioles. They will all get incredibly close ...

Yes for certain, east of the Miss. River. However it can be really mind blowing when you’re in the Quarter & you realize the sun rose over the river...
A few comments: I pick up trash frequently on Highland Rd not far from LSU. Most common trash? Cane’s & Chick fil a. Cans, cans, cans Lately I’ve seen whole bags of garbage on Highland Rd. What’s up with that? At least Baton Rouge has volunteer groups that try to keep the trash picked ...
Other than the LSU golf course, is there another feasible location?...

Glad Alabama finally pushing season back. Wish Mississippi would do same. Turkeys declining. Although this probably won’t help a lot, it’s a start. Limit should be lowered as well. Kill a coon, save a turkey ...
