growing up my granpa and my uncles only cooked with jack millers or pig stand when bbqing. its great with pork or chicken. I put a stick of butter in a pot with a jar of sauce. once it gets hot the butter or oil sits on top and you can just baste your meat. when its close to done i cover in sauce....

same here in baton rouge, when they announced the new amazon location a few years back 35% of the real estate in zip codes near the location were bought for cash by invest firms. The only small investors buying rental properties are doing 301 exchanges because they sold an investment properties. ren...

to be able to finance a house with any type of loan you have to have a resident alien card. no way around that. if illegals are buying homes its cash....
