My daughter (no pics) is getting married at our East TX farm in November. She wants a tent with grass. What’s the best way to transform about an acre in our pasture to a nice thick stand of Bermuda in 6 months? Disc? Overseed? Nuke the Bahia, then seed? Any ideas? And watering will most likel...

About $3000. It will drop our pool temp 8-12 degrees in a couple days. Will hold it steady during the day and drops the temps at night. We have a darker plaster finish and it does...

Typically your customers if you’re doing industrial work will have high GL insurance limits required, usually min of $5 million. If you’re a sub, maybe you can work around it.
And, if you’re dealing with oil and gas guys, ISNetworld will become your red tape monster. 1099s probably not going ...

I’ve been there as well. There are still German bunkers you can go into that overlook the beach. Just a small slot for machine gun barrels. It was so eerie thinking of what occurred where I was standing. We overtook and persevered with sheer numbers. The cemetery’s seemingly endless crosses were...
