I get that but these projects are multi year projects. We are a subcontractor and we do everything we can to insulate ourselves from this. But it’s hard to price the future in estimates on projects like this. We usually include 7% on material escalation. The alternative is going T&M. But most owners...
When was this thing put out for bid? Years ago? Look at how much materials have gone up. Especially industrial materials for a project this large. ...

Watched my dad slowly lose his health and family. Retired at 42. We were starting 7th grade. He would bounce from hobby to hobby. Golf, racing, hunting. Starting drinking a lot. Essentially did his own thing and had no one to answer to since my mom didn’t work (and he had a prenup). Now he’s 68 and ...

I live here. Just north of town past Furman near Paris Mtn State Park. You’re in a great spot. Halls chop house has phenomenal steaks and a great bar area. Jianna’s across the street has great Italian food and hand made pasta. Up on the roof (rooftop bar in your hotel is good depending on weather). ...

Unless you have major FU money you won't get a place in Monaco. Even then it will be tough. im assuming you are talking 2025? the 2024 race is only 3 months away. Live here. Overall a great public school system. Private schools range from 5K to 18K / yr. The public school system has some sort of “pick school of choice” deal up up “x” amount of students. What age are you talking about?...

a coworker is going through this process now. it's been in the shopa total of 3 months out of 6 months of ownership. i have another friend who has had zero issues. both are loaded grand wagoneers...
