Probably would never happen but an R-rated Darth Vader movie where he just fricks shite up at the height of the Empire days.

I would also love a true to the books, series of "The Dark Tower". Idris Elba did a pretty good job but that movie was a mess.

A proper big budget, true to the games, Halo Trilogy.

I’d like to see that done with Gears of War

Good call, that would be a pretty killer series as well.

Where Halo would be a whole bunch of SciFi, GoW could be filmed on location in Europe.

A movie about Air Force Major Joe Mack going all Sioux on the Russians would be great timing!

Thanks for the blind link. I just read 10 words on Tiger Rant. Haven't been on there since Marquise Hill drowned in the mid 2000's.

I also thing Gears has more potential because the majority of the main franchise Cogs didn’t wear helmets. That would allow the actors to convey more emotion. Think about that cutscene with Dom and Marie, you know the one I’m talking about

The Dragonlance Chronicles based off the 1980s books. Loved them.

Tom Wolfe's A Man in Full made in the late 90s/early 2000s. Even with the miniseries coming up, there is a risk that they don't set it to the book's timeframe.

That story doesn't make any sense set outside of late 90s Atlanta. The city is a character.

I'd like to see a movie focused on a rasslin' territory in the Southern United States in the early 1980s, like Mid-South Wrestling. I've heard so many wild stories from guys who traveled the roads back then, I'd bet it could work as a comedy or a drama. Sex, drugs, racial tensions, back-stabbings and violence; it could have it all. Add to it the fact that the performers had to pretend it was real when out in public and fans were looking to stab the bad buys, and you've got a hell of a story.

this sounds like a dynamite netflix series

I want to see Tarantino do an origin story for Winston Wolf from Pulp Fiction

I was going to say an adaptation of “All the Light we Cannot See”, but I see Netflix is producing a four-part series.

I also think “Seven Eves” would be a great movie/series. Apparently Ron Howard is already working on it.

As an aside - great books might better lend themselves to limited series rather than movies.

Winds of War but it would really need to be a series

And I see Seth McFarlane is developing a remake, which is...weird, but intriguing.

Just want to let you know you just made me buy the Starcraft: Remastered edition.

It's 33% off right now and only $10 so completely worth it.

There’s so much great content they could adapt, not to mention original stuff if they’d take a chance. I hate Hollywood.

I would like to see some well done (let me repeat... well done) Star Wars movies.

I would love to see a Vader movie set between ROTS and ANH. I would love to see Yoda and Sidious origin movies. Some Jedi/Sith movie set 1,000+ years before the prequels. I would like to see an extraordinarily well done Luke movie (something to somewhat offset the shitshow known as The Last Jedi) set between ROTJ and TLJ.
