I don't eat breakfast. I make my husband 2 over easy eggs with an English muffin, black pepper and habanero Tabasco, Cuban coffee, each morning. Yes, the coffee is served in bed, with the handle facing at 4 o'clock, with a side of dark chocolates.

Fast Food: Whataburger Breakfast Bowl with a Jalapeño cheddar biscuit.

Home: Over Easy ham egg and cheese sandwich. I don’t usually keep bacon or sausage in the house, but we always have smoked ham or turkey available

I did get a sausage McMuffin the other day that the egg was a little under, and it was very good, too. Wonder if they would cook it that way upon request?

Usually it is 2 cups of coffee, but I love having breakfast food for dinner and when I do it is usually a classic Southern breakfast of scrambled eggs, grits, biscuits (preferably with sausage gravy), and bacon (or country ham or sausage).

I alternate between:

-multigrain toast with cream cheese, or with great yogurt and a slice of tomato

-scrambled eggs with pico de gallo

-multigrain toast with salmon, cream cheese, capers and pickled onion

During the week, I eat either oatmeal or cereal with blueberries, raspberries, pomegranate arils (when I can find them) and walnuts. On the weekend, I sometimes cook bacon, eggs, toast, pancakes or waffles depending on what I'm wanting that morning.

I'm simple and just love 2 scrambled eggs with sharp cheddar and 2 or 3 straps of Applewood or maple bacon with some wheat toast. And black coffee.

I don't eat breakfast. I cook my husband 2 eggs, over easy, with a 1/2 sourdough piece of bread every morning, adding Tabasco Habanero.

On the rare occasion I eat breakfast, I harken back to when Mom brought me to the Burger King across from St. Gerard ('83-'86), on Plank Road, and I got a bacon croissan'wich. Probably explains my love for the Racetrak sandwich, if I am really craving it, like 3 x's/year.
