Why I believe Trump [who is already hamstrung by the format changes, rules, moderators, etc.] should be non-conventional at this debate.

When they cut Trumps mike and Biden is talking, interrupt him. Biden can't function when those interruptions occur.
This is not a time for Trump to memorize every facts... generalities work and Trump does best when ad hoc. Just attack border, wars, inlaction, Afghanistan, how we've spent hundreds of billions of our children's legacy and put us closer to Armageddon than was ever feared Trump would.
He should just repeat... "You are a disaster Joe. Hows Hunter, Joe? I'm sorry your uncle was eaten by cannibals Joe. Why do support illegal immigration until 6 months prior to the election Joe? Have you seen the cash and assets you left in Afghanistan, Joe? Why do support Hamas in any way, shape or form Joe?"

I’m not worried about it one way or the other. Debates rarely move the needle. Mainstream media raved about the state of the union yet Biden didn’t even get a short bounce in the polls. They will say he is great and won the debate, but will be shocked to see it doesn’t help him in polling a week later.

Biden can read statements well. Especially when he has weeks to practice.
I would love for Trump to say “I’m going to give my next three minuets to Biden so he can restate what he just read in his own words.”
Then just be quiet and look at Joe. Joe doesn’t even know what he is reading but he still word calls well.
I’m a special Ed teacher with over 25 years of experience. I have many students who can read excellently, but have no idea what they just read.
I see this trait in Biden.

I expect him to go off script with tall tales, made up life stories and more lies. I expect him to audibly speak instructions he's given like, "Pause", "End of quote", "Repeat the line". I expect him to blankly stare into nothingness with his black eyeballs and scream at clouds and I expect him to mumble, fumble and stumble. There's no media or moderator that can help this guy do well. But they'll still praise his performance.

"The media" didn't force Trump to act like an unhinged fool in the debates in 2020. He did that on his own. All he had to do was shut up and let Joe talk but he just couldn't do it. He actually made people sympathetic to Biden

I think he will be jacked up on ADHD meds but will become aggitated when people start poking holes in our economic record. He will try to defend it with lies and will be called out. When that happens he will lose his crap because he is high on speed.

The commies chose friendly territory for biden and enemy territory for President Trump. The deck will be totally stacked for biden and against Trump. Trump has to remaIn calm and refuse to answer the gotcha questions and instead ask biden a question the American people would like answered.

We should set high expectations for Biden, expect them, and see if he can achieve them. The incumbent should be expected to perform well in the debates. As the nation's leader, people look to him to articulate his vision for the future, defend his record, and present clear plans for addressing the country's challenges. Moreover, given the importance of these debates in shaping public opinion, there's pressure on him to perform well, mainly if perceived vulnerabilities exist in his administration's policies or actions.
I expect Biden to do well and will see if he can meet the standard. His team has done an excellent job getting him to exceed expectations in the past. My expectations will be a high bar to achieve.
That does not mean I’m a Biden supporter, believe he wins the debate, or is the right choice for this country.

It’s a crappy strategy on Trumps part. Try not to be a douche and hammer Biden with his pitiful record. Trump has a lot of ammunition on Biden. The only thing Trump will get hammered with is Covid response and Jan 6th. If he is ready to answer those 2 questions he’ll do fine.

Every time Biden was about to step in it, Trump jumped In and rescued him. Trump helped him and came off as a bully at the same time.
