Just say no to anything that tastes good.

And eat the food that food would eat.

If by drastic you mean daily exercise, processed carbs cut to less than 50 per day, no alcohol at all fish or chicken every night for dinner for about a year then yes; I took drastic measures.

Do you partake in alcohol consumption?

If you do, I am telling you the fastest way to drop that gut is cutting those calories and carbs out. I know the elimination of alcohol is not something most are willing to do but itll cut the weight.

No beer no soda no fast food will probably do it alone. Don’t really need much effort you aren’t that big.

Consume fewer calories.

Do more cardio.

As far as I can tell, the specifics don’t matter all that much as long as you do these two in some way.

FAIR WARNING! Started gym last April lost 15 pounds within first 6 weeks. Continued working out but weight came back I'm over 50 years old). Trainer informed me the weight came back but came back as muscle as muscle is heavier than fat. Body looks different but I still weigh the same after a year.

I did Ozempic and quit drinking for six weeks last year and got back down to my weight previous to my hip replacement. Was able to get back in the gym and maintaining too.

ETA: lost 50lbs. Got my cardio up and no longer needed the BP meds too.
