wow ! i know i saw a lot of movies at drive-in theaters when i was young. i think it was bonnie and clyde.

Same. My parents claim that they took me to a drive-in with them when I was a little tot to see It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World . According to them, I laughed my head off, but I don't remember it.

I DO, however, remember being in the back seat when they went to see Bonnie and Clyde at a drive-in off of Pass Road in Biloxi. About the only thing I remember was some scene with a rowboat. About a year ago, I watched that whole movie on cable, and sure enough, there was the scene with a rowboat.

First movie I saw in a regular indoor theater was a re-release of Peter Pan in an old downtown theater in Starkville, when I was 5. For some reason it was just my mom and I-- I think my dad stayed home with my little sister, who was only 1 or 2 at the time.

LOL!! What memories! 1961 I believe. Went to a drive in in West Memphis Arkansas, 7 or 8 years old, dad drove us and Mom had popped a huge paper grocery bag full of popcorn, brought a few cold drinks. Me and brother, mom and dad...
Movie was Flaming Star, which i believe was the best movie Elvis ever made. Co star Barbara Eden... some few years before the I dream of Jeannie years.
First inside movie I can remember was another Elvis one...1964 maybe . Roustabout.
This was at the only Movie House in small town in
Baldwin Mississippi. Most movies played there were not first run. Dad gave me and my cousin .75 cents each and we walked the six blocks to the movie house. Saw movie, had coke and peanuts....Walked home around 9:30, no worries of any danger. Different world when kids could walk the community with no fear of harm.. the good ole days!!

Star Wars - Broadmoor Theater. We used to live down Cora Dr. in the early 80's. Broadmoor was a good babysitter back then.

"Creature From The Black Lagoon" probably back in the mid to late 50's at the St. Bernard Drive-In on St. Bernard Hwy. in Arabi.

Who could forget the WICKS lit on the dashboard to ward off the horde of mosquitoes that came out of the nearby cow pastures.

Starship Troopers. I'm not sure which theater it was at, but it was likely either Seigen Village or the old Broadmoor. My guess is the former.

We used to light those same coils of mosquito repellant at the old Rebel Drive-in (or was it the Tiger Drive-In?) in BR circa 1967. Good times!
