Thinking about what to cook for dinner this evening I almost didn't give this much thought.

Had some Asian style green beans leftover from last night.





I went with bowtie pasta instead of the usual corkscrew shaped pasta.





This dish came out really good and I will be doing this again soon.





Of course it was served with warmed and buttered French bread.

Wife’s working, had a leftover burger with fake crab salad. I did manage to stuff and season up a pork roast for tomorrow. :)

Whipped up a couvillion with Lake D’Arbonne blue cats served with a fresh salad and garlic bread for my boys.

I frequently use bow tie pasta for shrimp & crawfish with Tasso and cream sauce. I use the spiral pasta for pasta salads with a vinegrette and vegetables
