A good friend is a head and neck cancer surgeon. After hearing the stories of him remodeling jaws and tongues, I’m glad I never started.

Have some friends that quit and I ask how it was and their reply is I think about beating my wife every single day. Others say it’s rough but mainly a mind game but they still crave it. Definitely changes your mood while quitting. But give it hell.

I quit a little over decade ago and I still have the dip dream sometimes and I’ll wake up with drool all over my pillow. In the dream I always throw a hog leg into my lip and it’s glorious

Probably dipped for as long as you. Ran out watching the 2019 Men’s US Open Golf Tournament Final Round and a new can was in my truck. I was like I wonder if I just didn’t go get it and didn’t dip for the rest of the day. That turned into a day, a week, a month, a year, and pushing 5 now. Baby steps.
