It just hit me for some reason watching the baseball game tonight. It’s over. Have dipped for probably 30 years. Never heavy but the past few years more then not. Downvote all you freaks want. Maybe somebody else will quit with me tonight.

Just threw a fat one in. I quit drinking a while back but I am resigned to the fact I was, am, and going to be a dipper.

Good for you. If for anything else the economic impact.

I go through a pack of cigarettes about every 45 days.

Need to quit entirely.

But the relaxation factor pulls me in.

I don’t think I could ever hunt again if I wasn’t able to grab a pinch.

I quit a few years ago. Started @ football practice @ 14yo. Never heavy, started w/Skoal, then gradually worked my way up to Copenhagen. Can would last a couple days. Bottom lip, top lip, could eat or drink with it. Did it for so long I even quit spitting.

Then one day, I quit. Cold turkey…

Black Buffalo is the closest thing I have found to have the feel of tobacco but is tobacco free but and has nicotine like the real dip. It's not that waxy fake crap of other brands. You can find it at Loves stations.

I was a pack-a-day smoker from about 14 to 32 or so. I'm glad I quit but I've never been able to crack my addiction to nicotine.

Get the nicotine pouches. I've gone from a can a day to a can every 2-3 days with the upper lippers. I'm pretty close to done with the dirt.

They are probably bad too but for now it feels like the healthier option.

I quit almost 10 years ago. Cold turkey. With the help of these fine folks.

It helps to not do it alone.

It's completely free. Ran by folks who quit.

In 3 days the nicotine will be out of your system. Then it's a mental fight for about 100 days. I dreamed about dipping for a few years. Now I don't much think about it at all.
