How often do you see your siblings?

The family dynamic has changed over the years with people going away for college and taking jobs out of state. How much effort do you put into seeing siblings? How often do you talk on the phone? Do you call your nieces and nephews on their birthdays and send gifts?

Sister....haven't seen in over 30 years.... brother.... usually on holidays or when his kids have something that i can go to....he will drunk text me about how much he wishes we were closer...but thats maybe twice a year....

I see my younger sister about 4-5 times per year. Older sister once every year or two. Almost never talk on the phone to either.

My siblings and I are pretty close. We see each other about once or twice a month and usually talk on the phone and/or text every couple days or so.

Sadly, just when someone in the family passes away. We are all spread apart across the country now.

My Oldest Little Sister lives in Virginia so maybe once every year or 2.
My Youngest Little Sister lives on the same street as me and we live on the same street as our parents so Almost every day with her

My brother and sister are much younger than me and have drama filled lives with lots of problems.
Rarely see or talk to either. Sister maybe once a year on a holiday. Brother maybe once every two years. Both just a very brief visit when I do see them.

Two or three times a year. My brothers and sister all never left our hometown, so they see each other multiple times a week.
My mom is one of eight ranging from 65 to 85 and I bet she talks to all of them at least a few times a month. I figure as long as no one goes off the deep-end, siblings probably make more of an effort to stay in touch more when they become seniors.

One is in the Virgin Isles, so once every 2yrs and the other lives 2hrs away, so we see her about once a month.

We text everyday - some days it’s all day.
My sister doesn’t have any kids, and my brother only has one - my nephew asks if he can come over to play with the cousins - sooo even my kids and he are close
On the other hand - my husband only talks to one of his sisters, but not very often. He can’t stand the other ones. He tried to ‘fix’ that over the years but it was futile.

I like my brother, but we only see each other maybe 3 times a year pre-covid. Haven’t seen him since about Christmas 2019. We’re not the kind to call or text.
Sister is literally insane. Can’t recall the last time I saw her. Probably more than 5 years ago.

Not very often. Though he got married last weekend and I was a bridesmaid, so saw him all weekend. But usually not much.

He and his wife are homebodies -- which is great -- but they live 45 minutes away in the deep part of Prairieville. I just don't get out there for any reason, and I also prefer not to go over and then drink and drive.

Haven’t seen any of them in over a year. They all live 10 minutes away from each other in Pville as well as my folks. We keep in touch, I’m the only one with young kiddos and between school, sports, and this covid BS it’s just been hard to get down there.

Haven’t talked to one sister in over 30’years- except
for a brief encounter at dad’s funeral. Haven’t spoken to the other sister since The funeral 3 years ago. Talk to my brother as needed- about every 3 or 4 months.
Text/call my nephews/niece as often as I can. Never miss a birthday or Christmas when it comes to them. Good/great kids and very proud of them.
