Great news coming out today - Israel got three hostages back!

Bad news coming out today - they were all dead and Israel found them on their own, they weren't "returned".

I think the reason Hamas did not agree to the cease fire is because all of the hostages are dead. They have nothing with which to bargain.

We knew this all along yet the college campuses have been infected with anti-Semitic dialogue then people wonder how Hitler rose to power.

The bigger reason is Hamas doesn’t exist to govern Gaza or to provide for the well being of Gazans.

It exists to wage war against Israel (and any moderate Muslims on the issue).

Domestic discontent and space between Israel and the West is an Hamas wet dream, and is an increasing outcome of this current war.

Hamas is not going to interrupt Israel as it makes a mistake.

Israel will eventually declare a unilateral ceasefire and hang a large mission accomplished banner. That is how this ends.

No they won't. Look up Black September .......25,000 Palestinians executed ....By Jordan.

Jordan tried to work with them. They decided to attempt to overthrow the Jordanian Government.

Palestinians paid the price. Reason enough that Egypt has three layers of fence to keep the rats in their own cage.

I think Israel should have borrowed about five B-52's and carpet bombed them to hell.......

Hamas began as a social charity, and it's first function is providing social services to the public.

From the objective section of the current Hamas charter.

quote:

The Islamic Resistance Movement found itself at a time when Islam has disappeared from life. Thus rules shook, concepts were upset, values changed and evil people took control, oppression and darkness prevailed, cowards became like tigers: homelands were usurped, people were scattered and were caused to wander all over the world, the state of justice disappeared and the state of falsehood replaced it. Nothing remained in its right place. Thus, when Islam is absent from the arena, everything changes. From this state of affairs the incentives are drawn. As for the objectives: They are the fighting against the false, defeating it and vanquishing it so that justice could prevail, homelands be retrieved and from its mosques would the voice of the mu'azen emerge declaring the establishment of the state of Islam, so that people and things would return each to their right places and Allah is our helper.

I see it now. What could be more charitable than bringing the sweet salvation of islam to every man and woman.

They're talking about Pan Arab Nationalism, and movements like the PLO.

It's first function is to steal donated food, fuel, and materials from its own people, so it can sell them on the black market and fund lavish lifestyles for its high council in Dubai.

It accomplishes this by telling the people that the Jews and the Americans keep them down because of our hatred for Islam.

The average Palestinian has an IQ of about 82. So it's a solid plan overall.

It began as a terrorist organization to rid the world of Jews, if they had the power to kill all other nonbelievers it would do the same. Hamas has never given a goat frick about civilians unless it’s to hide behind or to still money and aid the world sent so they could fund the terrorist organization they are.

It’s a documented and evidentiary truth that Hamas began as a charity and that charity was its primary objective, including primary budgetary objective. You can say the opposite, but that’s not true, and then you’re just lying.

Britanica:
quote:

Founded in 1987, Hamas opposed the secular approach of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, rejected attempts to cede any part of Palestine, and embraced the use of violence, including acts of terrorism, as a means to achieve its goals

The charter expressly states it’s a Palestinian movement.

Here is an admirable translation of the charter. I’m willing to ignore every mention of the Jews if you can show me where charity is mentioned.

Its fair to say the most positive take on Hama's Charity is that it makes for good photo ops...

Which is to say its for propaganda purposes...
