Who thought rushing a 80+ year old man to the microphone was a good idea? He thinks Mexico is next to Gaza.

To me it sounds like he conflated two actual actions. He talked to Mexico president about opening the border but to make sure that illegal aliens flood across into America with the Gaza Strip

Will be fun to watch the crash; he earned it for the misery this Nation will bear because of his disastrous reign. Albeit it was all the Dems using him. I'm positive I heard a "thank you everyone!" early but Biden kept going, then finally walked away but took the bait and came back. I think he went completely off script and just couldn't resist answering those questions because he still thinks he's that tough guy that'll win pushup competitions and take Trump out behind the woodshed. I honestly don't believe his staff meant for him to keep going past the first few questions but they underestimated Biden's ego and that level of tenacity by the press was completely unexpected

Sometimes, things just have a way of working out.
This was not a planned out ahead of time operation.
This whole press conference was a B team sh*tshow from the start.
The Press wasn't in on it. They have been getting blocked by the admin team for 3+ years. And they are pissed the old man in still there. They finally got a chance to ask questions and the old arrogant fool thought he could answer them.
There was no stopping the old man.
The drugs they gave him last night must have made him feel like a million bucks. But not less senile.
Team D does not want to remove him.
Their bench is that weak, and no one will be able to bring the rainbow coalition together.
This was a very public accidental F'up.
