Haven’t heard much since the hurricane. Really didn’t see much press of him during the hurricane. Seems like Florida is fine, but no sign of Rob. Is he hiding in his basement?

Exactly! Even the bots must have retreated back to their mother’s basements. Haven’t heard much from or about the best governor ever, who can win the general, but can’t win the primary.

Lie. His statements etc were reported in all media outlets last week while the storm was moving through.
Are they still being reported? No. But I recall that you’re one of those “all events must be reported in every newspaper forever” types so maybe it’s not common sense for you.

Historically primaries have been chock full of candidates getting way more personal than Ron and don have been only to have them make amends later after the primary. I don’t like predictions like this. But it wouldn’t surprise me if Ron became Donald’s pick for VP.

I wonder why that is.
Give the media some more time. They’re either busy looking for something they can roast him on (since he’s a Republican) or they’re sitting on something they think he screwed up and are waiting for the right time to release it.

Would be a very perplexing pick for me. DeSantis gains Trump nothing beyond likely forcing Trump to change his residency to NJ so that the ticket could get Florida’s EVs.
DeSantis isn’t a good campaigner, doesn’t play to the suburban moderates that Trump lost in 2020, and isn’t needed to deliver Florida. Where’s the upside?
