Yes he could but he won't. NPardoning Hunter or a jury finding his son not guilty would be a disaster for Joe.
A not guility verdit highliggts a two tier justice system. If Hunter is found guility, Joe will pardon him before Christmas along with Trump from any federal crimes.

If the payments were falsely entered as legal expenses can provide the correct ledger or journal entry? The assumption is that the payments were not legal expenses. Again whar is the proper or legal classification?...

They aren't illegally crossing the border. You are illegal when you dont enter thru a port of entry or overstay. They are going thru the port of entry and making asylum claims. They are released until a immigration hearing. This is legal.
