There aren’t many great seafood options in Charlotte.
I do love the Biloxi Shrimp at Beef N’ Bottle (oldest steakhouse in Charlotte and it has character). You need to make reservations.

Philly isn’t bad for a long weekend. As other posters have said, lots of historical sites.

I’ve had good luck with the Cuisinart single swerve coffee maker. It’s about $150 and will probably be going on sale for Black Friday.

We eat at the one in Charlotte frequently.
Apps— prosciutto wrapped mozzarella, the crab cake is good (I get that for my entree sometimes), the Grand Plateau if you’re doing it up.
Can’t go wrong with the Burrata, wedge, or Caesar.

Was just in NYC last weekend. Flew in Friday night and went to Spark’s. At 9:30 it was dead and the service was slow. Good steak, not the best but not the worst.

My daughter's school has been utilizing E-Learing days for the past five years. They log in from 8-11 so it's not like they don't get to enjoy the snow day. I like it because she doesn't have to make up days out of Christmas or Spring Break. Helps avoid interruption of vacation plans. ...

Great school! The students work and graduate debt free. As another poster stated, the school is self-sustaining. They have a Wall of Heros dedicated to our Veterans. Very patriotic. Good on them! :usa:...

Yes and quarterly visits for all controlled medications are crushing those of us who work in primary care. We have more documentation and assessment/care duties to perform b/c patients are coming in so often. Of course we still have to see our same day/sick visits.

Right. Because it's the NP's that have been writing the majority of the narcotic RXs?? It's like winning the lottery if you can get a NP to write for an antibiotic when you have a 2 week sinus infection.
