We had a better chance of scoring 2 in the 9th than winning 3 games in a row with the arms we’re saving. It wasn’t a great decision....

How many steps do you walk a day? If under 10,000, the first thing you need to do is start building up to that. Then you need to work your core but don’t do anything that causes extra pain. Once you build up some strength you’ll be able to add more. ...

I switched to Warren Nolan a few days ago because D1 was too slow and often didn’t load....

It will start making you physically ill and then you’ll learn it isn’t worth it. You can get past it without any changes to your career but it isn’t easy. Try some magnesium glycinate before bed....
