Anyone in the BR area want a Brocade ICX6610-24p switch? I'll do the hard part of flashing it with a valid license to get full 10gb SFP+ and POE to the 24 1gbe ports. Only has one PSU, but will have the ears for 2 post racks. Forgot I had a 3rd one :lol:

Many other countries use seed oils and they aren't nearly as fat as we our. Out of control portion sizes should be a primary focus.
But to answer your question, use animal fats....
