Anyone in the BR area want a Brocade ICX6610-24p switch? I'll do the hard part of flashing it with a valid license to get full 10gb SFP+ and POE to the 24 1gbe ports. Only has one PSU, but will have the ears for 2 post racks. Forgot I had a 3rd one :lol: Just get me a decent bottle of tequila or ...

Many other countries use seed oils and they aren't nearly as fat as we our. Out of control portion sizes should be a primary focus. But to answer your question, use animal fats....

Do it all the time. We do them in tacos or some kind of Asian glaze from the freezer to help mask the “dryness”...
