Ross must have gone off script with this one because all jokes are gone over for approval prior to the show. Either he slipped this one in or Tom changed his mind when he heard it.

Thought there were more jokes that flirted with crossing the line than this one. There must’ve been something agreed upon going in that Kraft was off limits.

Can't be certain but Tom could have been joking himself. I mean, what good does it do to tell him to not say that after its already been said.

Roasts are always so awkward because you never know when you're crossing the line on the roastee. It's a very thin grey line between perfect joke and taken too far.

I think it was a set up to make Tom look like a bad arse! Kind of like the Will Smith slap.
