Back in March 2020 I had an accident and broke C5 and C6. Had surgery and they fused C5-C7. Took a bone graft from my hip for the fusion. Never lost any mobility in my extremities. I do occasionally get a numbness in my hands depending on my posture. Wore a hard brace for a few weeks. Have most of my left and right turning. Lost more motion looking up. It was interesting for the first few weeks trying to finish any drink. I could barely raise my head high enough to finish a soda, so it looked like I was trying to do the limbo to get the last bit of drink from any cup
