How’s the landscaping/pool building business on the northshore right now?

Last I check I heard things were slowing down for a lot of pool businesses but not sure what it is right now? Good time for a backyard project or no?

Lol

Waiting lists are no longer a year+

But still expect to pay 100k for a half decent pool

It was the pool, the new AT4 Yukon, or paxtyn’s travel ball lessons.

Tough choices had to be made and I decided to hold off on the pool until I’m finished with the 120 months of Yukon payments.

It’s not so much the timing or the cost that keeps me away from doing the project, but man getting quality work done and getting people to finish jobs is what I’m hearing is tough lately. I’m not trying to get into a headache.

A bit slower since PPP money is dwindling.

I just spent $5k on landscaping and I have at least two full days of work myself to finish it. Had them come back out to “fix” their work already and not looking to complain anymore.

This was with one of the bigger companies around here.

At that rate, I’ve probably done $30-40k in work myself this year. Will be doing it myself from now on. Or hire my own Hispanics to get it done, because that’s essentially what they do, they just dump some laborers in your yard and don’t communicate well with them or check their work.

Go ahead and splurge and get that Intek pool. You'll be the talk of Pearl River.
