I recently switch to get an upgraded iPhone. Was with ATT for 10+ years. Still have the fiber though. Verizon isn’t a noticeable difference for me in performance or service. ...

Line from panel to generator 3 feet. ETA: thanks for the details. I’ve watched several videos but I don’t do electrical except maybe replace a socket. A repair man died while repairing an A/C next door when I was a kid so I’ve always been wary. ...

If it’s in the warranty that it can be a comparable for whatever reason, then don’t know what you can do. I wouldn’t go in hot though. See if they will work with you. I learned my lesson at a young age from your situation.
