My goal is to avoid cities, but NOLA is by far the dirtiest I’ve seen.

Brutal honesty, if I can't include Louisiana cities, the answer is pretty much "Field." And I spent a week in Downtown Baltimore for business.

I agree with Albuquerque. A complete shithole of druggies.

Washington, DC in ~ 1993 on a school trip was really a filthy disgusting place. So much better now.
